You can read the full podcast transcript for this episode below: Full Transcript0:00Welcome to the Fully Expressed podcast with Karenna.0:02I’m so excited for today’s episode because we are going to dive into more conversation and more discussion around what it means to live a life fully expressed, whether that is talking about living a life, fully expressed, having different relationships so we can be fully expressed or creating a business with fully expressed.0:20So anyone that’s ever listening to this episode, if you’re here and you’re new, that is what you can expect from this show.0:26Today’s episode.0:27We have Casey Stevens, which I’m really excited about Casey because Casey reached out to me to be on this podcast and I saw what she was doing and I was like, oh my goodness, yes, we have to have you on this podcast.0:40So, thank you so much for reaching out.0:42I would love to have Casey introduce herself.0:45So Casey, would you like to introduce yourself?0:47Yes.0:47So I have a virtual psychology practice in Seattle, which is, and I work with people all over the world really.0:55So it’s really people who are aligned and, you know, want to work in this more conscious way.0:59And of course, you know, seeing the beautiful work you do really resonated.1:03And I just want to know lovely people who are doing this work in this wonderful way and provide resources for my community to have more connections and people that might do things similarly or a little differently.1:16And so, so that’s how I work.1:19Yeah, I’ve kind of often talk about it as you know, kind of clinically trained but mystically guided and so working in this spiritual way.1:26But providing this foundation of Western framework of psychology that I come from and practice and just love to help people in this holistic way to live their optimal lives.1:36So much of what you just said, I’m like so excited to dive into, can we talk about what a spiritual psychology practice?1:44Even?1:44What is that?1:45How do you define that?1:46Because I feel like, you know, mixing the two worlds is so special and so necessary in so many different ways, but can you define what that is or how your practice shows up for people or how you support people?1:58Yeah.1:58Well, I mean, kind of the foundation of it, right?2:01Is kind of training in this Western psychology framework, right?2:04That is psychotherapy or you know, psychology therapy, whatever you want to call that.2:09And so it’s just really understanding like the patterns in human behaviors.
