In Episode 28, she welcomes emergency room physician Dr. Ron Elfenbein, a COVID doctor facing 50 years in prison.  Dr. Elfenbein has dedicated his life to serving his community, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, when he worked tirelessly to help his patients and neighbors. He donated large amounts of personal protective equipment and supplies when they were needed most, including to the DEA, who asked for his help when they could not get PPE to complete a mission.  Dr. Elfenbein's efforts were recognized with a personal citation from his Governor, a citation from his state legislature, and recognition as Person of the Year by his state medical society. He went on Fox News and called out the Biden administration for a very big mistake that was going to kill people who depended on the monoclonal antibodies. Four months after speaking out, he was indicted on healthcare fraud charges, with the government accusing him of 'upcoding' without first reviewing the medical charts upon which all the coding is based.
