Sadly because of Elon Musk and Doge my great grandchildren may not be able to continue to receive my Social Security checks after I turn 150.  A head building official from San Diego said that the LA proposal to allow designers, architects and engineers to "self permit" in the LA rebuilding after the fires is a bad idea.  He stated he has never seen a plan submitted that doesn't have health and safety issues that building officials must correct.  Finally, owning rental property in California is not for sissies!  We discuss all of this and more on this week's Real Talk.  Real Talk is the Right Side of Real Estate.
