Episode 29: Polaris Academy is a Leader for Autism Education

In this episode, Dr. Norrine Russell interviews Nathan and Brad from the Polaris Academy's leadership team to explore the Polaris innovative approach to autism education, as recognized by The International Board of Credentialing and Continuing Education Standards (IBCCES). Polaris Academy was awarded the Certified Autism Center™ (CAC), recognizing its efforts to best welcome and assist autistic and sensory-sensitive students. To earn the CAC designation, staff completed a specialized training and certification process, equipping them with the skills, resources, and knowledge of best practices to support every student at the academy. Polaris is the first Arizona school to earn this designation.
