Brad Butterworth works as a Senior Business Executive Development Coach at Shoot 360, which is a Business Services company with an estimated 33 employees; and founded in 2012. My natural gifts are motivation, cultural creation, operational health, public speaking and education and I believe that by giving those gifts that were giving to me by my Creator is paramount to attaining the best version of myself. While I strive to put my penny in the jar every day by sharpening those gifts, the ongoing work of sharpening my non-natural skill sets reminds me to get 1% better each day so that I am the well-rounded Disciple that God calls me to be. I attempt to seek to understand first instead of being understood and love to impact people as best I can even if that's just listening. My family is the most important thing in the world to me and I find the best joy when I'm around my wife and three beautiful kids He also brings nearly two decades of basketball coaching experience including some at the college level on top of 13 years as a high school coach.
