High speed rail in California is Dead.  After wasting billions of dollars virtue signaling to the world California is admitting it can't even complete the 170 mile first phase on the flattest portion of proposed rail from Los Angeles to San Francisco.  Will the State finally revise CEQA and allow new construction within a reasonable time frame?  (It has been over 12 years and the High Speed Rail still doesn't have complete CEQA approval)  Once again legislation is pending to revise CEQA.  We discuss all of this and more on this week's Real Talk.  Real Talk is the Right Side of Real Estate!
