Episode #294: Clearing Space for Aligned Connections

from Tea Time w/Amie & Bev · host Amie Wade

December has a way of nudging us toward reflection. It’s the natural pause before a new chapter, an invitation to tidy up the inner and outer clutter we’ve collected throughout the year. And while this season is ideal for taking inventory, truthfully, any moment is the right moment to reassess the people, habits, and energies you keep close.  One of the most powerful places to start is your circle. Pay attention to how your body feels around the people you spend time with. Do you expand or shrink? Do you leave feeling nourished or drained? Your energy rarely lies, even when your mind tries to negotiate.  Taking inventory isn’t about judgment or creating dramatic exits. It’s simply noticing what supports your growth and what quietly pulls you off your path. Sometimes that means creating distance from relationships that no longer align. And yes, it can feel uncomfortable, but discomfort is often the doorway to deeper spiritual and personal evolution.  This process extends far beyond friendships. You can evaluate every category of life - finances, health, career, habits, even the way you talk to yourself. Each honest review opens space for fresh intention, better boundaries, and more soul-aligned connections.  As you clear out what no longer fits, you make room for what truly does. And that is how new energy finds you.  May this conversation be beneficial to your life journey.
