GO - Fogell McLoving!
from GO Hosted by Sam Hyman
This episode certainly did not disappoint! I met Fogell (Jonathan Ladson) out at the Big Sur International Marathon in California on April 30, 2023. He finished in 4th places overall!!! Amazing! We recently reconnected and chatted about his running journey. ________________________________________________ :00 - 2:05 | Intro 2:05 - 22:33 | Background, early years as a runner, other interests 22:33 - 29:38 | Deciding on Boston 2 Big Sur Challenge, recovery leading up to Big Sur 29:38 - 52:02 | Breaking down first half of Big Sur, Hurricane Point 52:02 - 1:05:45 | Toughest parts of the back half, seeing Chris Bosh, final results 1:05:45 - 1:09:06 | Biggest strength and weakness with running, upcoming race?! 1:09:06 - 1:10:38 | Quick Recap Follow Fogell on Strava! - https://www.strava.com/athletes/65065598
