Episode 3: Landlording The Right Way

This week's episode featured Kim Avant-Babb who is a  Real Estate Investor, Landlord Strategist and Entrepreneur from the Philadelphia, PA area. She is recently retired from her 9-5 and is on F.I.R.E (Financially Independent through Real Estate Co-owner of two companies, Babb Properties and Legacy Real Consulting, Kim is passionate about working with small Landlords to gain the skills and implement systems to find quality tenants who pay on time and to manage their rental properties efficiently. Along with her husband and business partner, Kim has been self managing rentals for family members and herself for 38 years with a 0% eviction rate. She recently made the digital property management documents, Landlord Docs 30, that they've perfected over the years available to the investor community. Landlord coaching and training is offered through her training company, Legacy Real Estate Consulting. Kim's goal and passion is to help small Landlords build generational wealth and monthly cash flow by honing their Landlording Skills and treating rentals like a business.
