We extend grace to others so easily, yet when it comes to ourselves, we hold on to guilt, shame, and regret. But what if our ‘mistakes’ were actually redirections? In this episode, I share a personal story of questioning my decisions, my worth, and even my credibility as a coach... only to realize that self-forgiveness isn’t about erasing the past, but making peace with it.Join me as we explore how to shift self-talk, embrace self-compassion, and finally let go of the weight we were never meant to carry. Because healing begins when we give ourselves permission to be human.

Making Spaces with Rev. Sarah Heath & Josie Jimenez Sarah Heath & Josephine Jael Jimenez We live in a social/political climate that thrives on making us divided. Changing that will require proximity and relationships, but the most inclusive spaces are often aesthetically uninviting and falling apart. This show wants to change that! Join Rev. Sarah Heath and Josephine Jael Jimenez as they share their dream of moving us from a DIY to a DIT (do it together). Each week they chat with an expert about making space—aesthetically, theologically, socially, etc. This is a show where no church/synagogue/community center closet is left unturned. It often means letting go of systems and behaviors that don't serve us individually or collectively. So what do we do? As individuals, as groups of folks, as leaders? How do we carve out space for our humanity while making sure we're not the only ones? How do we thrive in the workplace while not imagining we must be superhuman? How do we cultivate spaces that are generative and healing, creative and extraordinary?I don't have the answers to those questions. And, to be fair, I don't believe one human can EVER have all the answers to those questions. I'm working through those questions every day. This podcast curates for you a set of folks with an opinion worth listening to and sharing.
