Episode 3: Mr. Wondra Files Hand-Written Motion to Self-Surrender to the Ada County Jail

In Episode 3, we provide pure opinions, commentary and speculation concerning Defendant Wonder's pro-se handwritten motion asking the Court to allow him to "self-surrender" to the Ada County Jail in Boise after his anticipated release from an Arizona prison where he was at the time. He asked for approximately 4 days on his own to be able to "prepare for what lies ahead" and to spend time for this family.This four count high-profile case involving a victim identified only as "J.V." and a crime that occurred in the summer of 2021.
