Episode 3: Mr. Wondra Files Hand-Written Motion to Self-Surrender to the Ada County Jail
from Kathy's InDieZoNe · host Kathy DiTondo
In Episode 3, we provide pure opinions, commentary and speculation concerning Defendant Wonder's pro-se handwritten motion asking the Court to allow him to "self-surrender" to the Ada County Jail in Boise after his anticipated release from an Arizona prison where he was at the time. He asked for approximately 4 days on his own to be able to "prepare for what lies ahead" and to spend time for this family. This four count high-profile case involving a victim identified only as "J.V." and a crime that occurred in the summer of 2021. The court docket is located on the Idaho Cases of Judicial Interest website alongside the Kohberger case for access to all the filings. Everything here represents the pure opinion, commentary, speculation and rhetorical questions per the First Amendment to the United States Constitution which states:Amendment ICongress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances. It is codified within Section 107 of the U.S. Copyright Act,which provides that fair use of a work “for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching (including multiple copies for classroom use, scholarship, or research)” is not an infringement of copyright. #Idaho4 (https://www.youtube.com/hashtag/idaho4) (https://www.youtube.com/hashtag/idaho...
