Episode 3 | The Loneliness of "the Valley"

When we lose a child, we almost immediately find ourselves falling into what we call the valley of despair. Suddenly light goes dark, a thick fog settles in, and monstrous mountains seem to dominate us, making us feel like we will never be able to ascend to their tops. It's difficult to navagate life when we are in the valley because everything is new and there are lots of unknowns. In this episode we discuss what it is like to enter into the valley and what we can expect.
