A good deal gets better and better. A bad deal gets worse and worse. It’s not enough to have a positive mindset. You also have to keep your energy high. Don’t let spreadsheets and inspection reports talk you out of doing deals. Real estate is a marathon. You have to inch it along day by day. Play the long game. By some divine force, everything suspiciously works out in the end.
