Episode 306 The Holidays Can Be Difficult

As we step into this holiday season of joy, family, friends, and fellowship; there are many people who find this time of the year the hardest and no one knows but them. Either they are mourning the loss of a loved one; being a family member, friend, or both, or they are struggling with their health, finances, or are already survivors of depression. On tonight’s show I’m going to be talking to all of you who are having a hard time wrapping your minds, hearts, and arms around the holidays. You are going through something right now and maybe it’s too much to expect the “expected” response during the holidays. It’s okay, I understand. Tonight, we are going to discuss some of the reasons that hinder our holidays and what we can do to overcome them.
