Episode 308: Reply to Objection to U of I Professor Cover appearing as an expert witness

In Episode 308, we discuss the Defense's Oct. 24, 2024 Reply to the State's Objection to Professor Cover's appearance as an expert witness at Defense's oral argument on their motion to strike the death penalty. We note here that Professor Cover is a law professor at the University of Idaho, which where the Madison Megan Kaylee Goncalves, Ethan Chapin and Xana Kernodle attended classes at the time of their murders on November 13, 2022. Mr. Kohberger is presumed innocent of these crimes until or unless he pleads guilty or is adjudicated guilty in a court of law.
