This year to celebrate Ninj-ativity 3 we celebrate the 30th anniversary of meeting Rocky, Colt, and Tum Tum in Jon Turteltaub’s “3 Ninjas.” We take a deep dive into the film, the exceedingly strange nature of its production and distribution, and how this film that the Boston Globe said “…Crosses Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Home Alone!” was able to find a place in not only the hearts and minds of the you host-companions but an entire generation. Bonus: In keeping with the theme of trimming eleven minutes from the film for release in America we recorded a full eleven-ish minutes of off-topic material celebrating the 50th anniversary of the “Immaculate Reception.”
