Episode 312: Real Talk 8-9-2025

The Trump Administration is trying to stop the leasing of Federal "lands" to build massive wind farms.  This includes the largest wind farm project ever approved in the United States off the California coast near Morro Bay.  The project includes 300 one thousand foot tall "Condor Cuisanart" towers.  The area of the Pacific Ocean leased is the size of the city of Los Angeles. Each tower must be anchored to the sea bottom in the middle of one of richest kelp fields on the California Coast.  Newsom has promised to sue if this project is stopped.  The environmentalist support the project because it creates "green" energy.  We discuss all of this and more on this week's Real Talk.  Real Talk is the Right Side of Real Estate.
