He began his career in the insurance industry as an intern in 2006 at The Mogil Organization eventually moving to The Excelsior Group six years later. After gaining valuable industry experience by working in the commercial, personal, and claims departments, Dominic decided to start his own brokerage in 2014. Doing so has allowed him to build a company culture that is hard- working, fun and energetic alongside a client base of similarly minded people. Dominic Co-Founded Elevate Teams in 2022. When he’s not working he is an avid surfer, golfer, and snowboarder.
