We are all guilty of it. Constantly browsing social media for longer and longer periods, watching too much YouTube and Netflix. It seems like these days it's much too easy to be constantly plugged into our media. From the time we wake up to the time we fall asleep we bombard ourselves with these stimuli. I had to come to terms with how severe my overuse was a while back and I still struggle with it at times. I have, however, found some unique ways to curtail my time on our different media platforms that has proven to be effective. Listen in to find out what they are and how to implement them!
