When a man's daughter is murdered he goes to a cliff a year later to murder the man who killed her. While there 4 teens run him over with their car and stupidly try to cover it up - only the dad didn't die. The next summer the dad kills 3 innocent civilians while attempting to unsuccessfully kill the 4 teens who tried to cover up their wrongdoing. Also Pete Sampras's wife is in it.
