Episode 321: Our concerns regarding motion to file more documents under seal

In Episode 321, we discuss the Defense's Motions for Permission to File Under Seal Documents Related to the Closed Hearing Held on October 8, 2024 on the grounds of privacy and a right to a fair trial. We provide our concerns regarding this document and the large amount of items that remain under seal in this case nearly two years after the crimes at 1122 King Road occurred. Mr. Kohberger is presumed innocent of these crimes until or unless he pleads guilty or is adjudicated guilty in a court of law.
