Episode #328: You’re Not Falling Apart – You’re Being Revealed!

Sometimes personal growth doesn’t feel like growth at all.  It feels uncomfortable. Emotional. Messy.  But what if those challenging moments aren’t showing you that something is wrong? What if they’re revealing something within you that’s ready to be seen?  Life has a way of becoming a mirror. It reflects our light, the strength, wisdom, and healing we’ve gained but it can also reflect the parts of ourselves still hiding in the shadows.  An emotionally charged moment today may awaken something much older. Suddenly, you aren’t simply responding to what’s happening now. You may be feeling the emotions of the child who made a mistake, got in trouble, disappointed someone, or learned that being “wrong” meant losing approval.  That reaction isn’t something to judge. It’s something to become curious about.  Ask yourself: What is this moment revealing to me?  Sometimes the answer isn’t to push harder, fix everything, or immediately figure it out.  Sometimes the invitation is to regroup. Get quiet.
