This week, Sade is joined by Jenny, who shares her own personal experience of moving to Germany.  As a woman, she discussed how she found not only integrating into a new company, but country and working culture overall. They spoke about how her experience has helped her to ensure others have a good experience moving to Germany. Jenny also shares what companies can do to ensure the working environment is inclusive for those not from Germany and what we can do to ensure they are integrated into the German culture and working world better.
