Episode 34 - Addressing Mental Health Struggles with Mark Ross

from Keshi's Corner · host Keshi

In this episode, Mark Ross and I go explore the topic of mental health. If you are or have been in a dark place at any point in your life, you will not only be able to relate but can also get some strategies you can try in your own life to control the automatic negative thoughts and get the support and help you need. *** About Mark Ross: Mark is a Marine Corps veteran who witnessed his life slowly go downhill after suffering from PTSD. He became more withdrawn and suicidal, struggling with reintegrating into mainstream society. His daughter’s birth gave him a reason to live, keep fighting and eventually reach out to the Veterans’ Affairs to get help. After years of dealing with PTSD, he made it his mission to help other veterans seek help for their issues and in 2023, I started the Mark Ross Podcast to provide individuals with a safe space to speak out on their stories, in an attempt to spread the message that THEY ARE NOT ALONE!!
