Today I’m joined by someone truly extraordinary.Ananya Prasad has successfully completed what's called the World’s Toughest Row. A rowing race across the Atlantic ocean that sees teams of 5 or less people compete, Ananya entered as a solo rower. I am in complete awe of this woman. It took Ananya 52 days to row unassisted on a non-stop 3000-mile voyage from La Gomera in the Canary Islands to Antigua. She began on December 11th 2024 and arrived 2nd place in the solo category on February 1st 2025. Ananya speaks to me about the challenges she faced during her time rowing the ocean and also the unique experience of doing it alone. I was hanging on every word. What this young woman has accomplished is beyond inspiring. I hope you enjoy this conversation.
