Born and raised in Va. Beach. I started the one week challenge back in November 2021 thinking oh this will be a good way to lose weight, but soon realized what it was all about. SO SO MUCH MORE!! Well…I’m still here training for a 10k and I can actually say I’m addicted!! I’m addicted to the way I have changed, the way I feel about myself. I’m a better mamma and wife just overall a happier person. I finally have stuck to something and it feels damn good!! I give so much credit to Tina Repa Running and the runners that I’m going through this journey with!! i can't wait to see how far I go to meet my big running goals."
