Episode 34: Why A Woman in Ministry Might Need Leadership Training

Hey, Friend! As a coach for Christian women, I get to work with some amazing women in ministry. Some have degrees in ministry; others come to ministry as a second career. But what they all have in common is a strong calling from the Lord to ministry and a desire to be obedient to the call. As prepared as they are with a formal education and even experience, what women are often unprepared for is the uniqueness of working for a church, a largely male-dominated field.
