Episode 340: Real Talk 2-14-2026

The Trump administration is removing carbon dioxide from the list of pollutants as designated by the Obama EPA.  CO2 is the gas of life.  We exhale it and plants need it to grow.  The leftists are screaming that Trump is a science denier.  California is threatening to sue and to write their own laws making CO2 poison again in California.  Newsom says that California will start laying tracks this year on the High Speed Choo Choo Train to nowhere.  The truth is that they are nowhere near laying any tracks.  They are just planning to buy the steel.  We discuss all of this and more on this week's Real Talk.  Real Talk is the Right Side of Real Estate.
