The longer the straight of Hormuz is closed the more people in third world countries will starve.  It is not just the oil.  It is the fertilizer.  Government does not solve problems.  Solving a problem means there is no need for the bureaucracy that was tasked with solving it.  That is why government continues to create regulation that only they can interpret.  The current uncertainty in the Middle East is causing interest rates to rise.  We discuss all of this and more on this week's Real Talk.  Real Talk is the Right Side of Real Estate.
