In Episode 35, Paige Mitchell shares with us her journey from burnout to thriving.  From very young, she knew that knowing people’s stories and struggles drew her interest and fed her desire to serve and help others along their journey.  After so many years in the field, she realized that she had been setting aside her own needs and desires. 10 years in,  it was clear that her heart and mind had been neglected as she cared for everyone else besides herself.   “Is this life sustainable?” became the question that was asked, and the answer was a very clear, “no.”     Making the switch between counseling and coaching was the first active step in her healing.  The biggest difference was that in one of those practices people actually wanted to be there.  Building healthy boundaries is what keeps this coaching lifestyle sustainable.     Paige earned her Masters in Counseling and has over 10 years experience in the mental health field.
