December 16, 2022 The Jōrni PodcastEpisode 35 - Transformational Coaching with Sasha TarasovaThe subconscious mind is very powerful and effective. Utilizing this amazing power to bring about healing, lies at the heart of the concept of subconscious healing.Often, our conscious mind likes to interfere, criticize, and filter what we do. This protects us from uncomfortable and dangerous situations, but it can also hinder progress we want to make when it comes to life changes or healing. We overthink decisions and question our ideas and thoughts. Bypassing the conscious mind and going straight to the subconscious mind can be much more effective and quick, to achieve the results we are looking for.  SASHA TARASOVASasha is a transformational coach, subconscious specialist, healer and a mental health advocate. She overcame a dark depression without therapy or antidepressants, her tools were personal and spiritual development. She is now on a mission to share her story to inspire others to begin their self-healing journey, to guide people through their transformation and to help raise the collective consciousness.Sasha was born in Russia but lived in 6 countries across 3 continents and traveled all over the place. She married at a young age but had to leave her 11-year relationship behind with lots of lessons learned! At the age of 27, she started feeling depressed and it took her 3 years to admit that she had a problem when she started having suicidal thoughts. She got herself out of that dark place by going all-in on personal development, doing deep shadow work and by connecting to spirituality. Sasha truly believes that we all have a calling in this life and our desires are indicators of that. If we ignore our needs and desires long enough - we become disconnected and depressed.Sasha has always enjoyed helping people and after working with a coach for the first time, she realized that this is where her life experience meets her strengths and her passion. Her mission is to help people elevate consciousness, reconnect with their true Self and rediscover their light!RESOURCEShttps://coaching.conscioussapiens.comhttps://www.instagram.com/conscious_sapiens/Self-Love Journal https://journal.conscioussapiens.comTHE JORNI RESOURCEShttps://thejornipodcast.com for show notes https://thejorniblog.com for more holistic healing and mental health resourceshttps://thejorni.comLIKED THIS EPISODE?Share this episode on social media and leave us a short review!https://thejornipodcast.com/episode-35-transformational-coaching-with-sasha-tarasova
