Today was a wild one. I meditated instead of checking my phone and still got yelled at. I visited an apartment, paid for a stranger’s drink, cried over denied benefits, screamed in an empty house, and turned pantry scraps into a fusion meal that somehow fed both my body and my hope.I’m not perfect, but I’m still trying.And even in the mess, I know this:I got this.
