Welcome to part 1 of episode 36 on the “Love at First Science'' Podcast where Mike Golden about the spinal cord as it is more than you could ever imagine. Mike Golden is back on the podcast explaining more about the spinal cord. He starts by talking about his journey in personal training and coaching and being a part of Z-health. He loves breaking down difficult topics to make it accessible to everyone. He shares how the Z-health program on the brain and nervous system is divided into smaller parts to make learning easier. In the model the knowledge is translated into simple steps. In addition, he precisely explains what the spinal cord is. He talks about the way that it is built and the function behind it. He discusses the importance of the pathways and briefly explains what they are capable of. He also talks about visual or auditive activation, and what effect they have on treating pain.
