Episode 37 | The dangerous side of grief

There is a dangerous side of grief that most of us fall into. Namely, we can fall into the trap of comaring our grief or circumstances to that of others. Grief is incredibly unique and we want to avoid falling into this endless pit of comparision. Eventually comparing our level of grief to others will distort our worldview and cause us to sink deeper into depression. We want to avoid this at all costs. Grief is hard enough as it is.
