Episode 37: The Murder of Ryan Carter Poston

Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned. We are all familiar with this phrase from the play “The Mourning Bride” by William Congreve. This is what came to law enforcement and prosecutor’s minds when learning of the death of Ryan Carter Poston. Ryan was an overly nice, laid back, impeccably looking attorney living in Kentucky. All of that came crashing down when 911 operators received a call from a woman who shot Ryan, claiming self-defense. But this statement did not match the evidence. This woman’s statements and actions during an interview clearly pointed to outright murder.
