Which group of relocators is going to see the most change in 2025? What type of moves are going to see a surge? What role is tech going to play next year? How will external factors influence GM activity? Where will data be changing the GM game? Time for my favorite post for the year - Global Mobility Predictions 🔮🤓   Last year, I made my first attempt at predicting the future of Global Mobility—and I loved it!Some predictions hit the mark (vendor consolidation, expanded Mobility programs), while others didn’t quite land (no Remote Work Year programs… yet!). But here we are, ready for round two.  This year, after speaking with 1000+ brilliant people across the industry and diving deep into trends through PerchPeek pods, one thing is crystal clear: Mobility is changing faster than ever. 2025 is going to be a wild ride, and I couldn’t be more excited.  There's been so much to digest and break down from all my discussions with GM leaders, and this list could easily be 5 times as long.
