Episode 373: Court Seals Evidence RE: Motions to Suppress

In Episode 373, we discuss multiple items sealed by entry of Judge Hippler's Orders docketed Jan. 8, 2025. The Court has now sealed exhibits and filings submitted by the State of Idaho oppose the Defense's Motions to Suppress. Hearings on all Defense Motions to Suppress are set to commence 9:00 am on January 23, 2025. Mr. Kohberger is presumed innocent of these crimes until or unless he pleads guilty or is adjudicated guilty in a court of law.
