All motions are currently set for hearing beginning 9:00 am on Jan. 23, 2025 before the Honorable Steven Hippler who is presiding over the Idaho v. Kohberger case. We begin here with the Nov. 14, 2024 Motion to Suppress Genetic Information (IGG/DNA) which seeks to "suppress all evidence illegally obtained by law enforcement using his [Mr. Kohberger's] genetic information.
