Rotello moved to NYC in 1974, and was there for the birth of punk at the famed Bowery dive. His vivid memories and descriptions make you feel like you were there rubbing elbows with the misfits, punks and junkies that inhabited rock bottom New York in 1977. With songs from Television, The Shirts, Jayne County, Sick Fucks, Patti Smith and Richard Hell and the Voidoids.
