Episode 387: Defense in part granted Franks hearing (RE IGG)

In Episode 387, we learn from Judge Steven Hippler's Jan. 21, 2025 court order that Mr. Kohberger has in part been granted - in - part - his Motion for a Franks hearing however limited to the matter of taking testimony as the court will in a sealed hearing on Jan. 23, 2025 at 9:00 am. The Court's Order also states that Mr. Kohberger's Motion to Suppress regarding IGG/Genetic Information will also be entertained at a closed sealed hearing that date and time, reflecting that the defense's motion to unseal the IGG briefings and have this suppression motion entertained at public hearing was denied.
