Episode 388: Schedule for public hearings (Suppression Motions)

In Episode 388, we learn from Judge Steven Hippler's Jan. 21, 2025 court order that all but one of the Jan. 23-24, 2025 hearings on the Defense's multiple Motions to Suppress (evidence) will be open to the public. The court's order states that there may be times when the court may deem it appropriate to close parts of these hearings to the public. We address further specifics of the order and go over the titles of the Motions to Suppress that will be heard in these open public hearings.
