Dickie has a philosophy to build time and trust. If someone says "Grenade" everyone jumps on it to protect the client and serve people. Some INCREDIBLE advice...Don't bring a scale to everything, just leave the tape measure at home. Be a partner to everyone involved. Stop trying to measure the relationship and use a scale for contribution. Just SERVE and contribute your way to success. That's the time & trust method.

The mindset on this guy is absolutely AMAZING. This wasn't built overnight, this was harvested through adversity, failure and trial & error. I admire this dude from the bottom of my heart. Thank you, Dickie for a legit, real conversation full of authenticity and wisdom.
