Episode 39: Ibex

Welcome to a new episode of the Who Art Thou? podcast!This week I will be chatting with Dan Wheatley, of the band Ibex.Ibex frontman Daniel Wheatley is a melodic guitar player with dynamic , full range vocals. Combined with poetic writing , makes for an emotional performance. Daniel began singing in productions at the age of 10 , picking up guitar at the age of fourteen and writing his first song at 15. As of yet, no solo music has been released. Daniel writes songs for Ibex and as a band they rearrange and create a sound that is respective of their individual influences. From working in events as a Backline Technician/Sound Engineer , to playing on stages for the past 16 years and Producing bands/Composing , producing audio for Film. Daniel focuses on his own narrative of perfection, always trying to improve his sound and approach.
