Episode 394: Yet another order sealing discovery

In Episode 394, we discuss the Jan. 24, 2025 order sealing even further documents in this case: Order sealing exhibits to Defendant's Supplemental Response to Request for Discovery Regarding Expert Witnesses. We note that this stipulation (agreement between the parties this material is properly sealed) follows a tradition established in the early days of this proceeding when the parties stipulated to a Non-Dissemination Order as they did on Jan. 3, 2023.
