Today I am so psyched to have my very first guest interview on SobahSistahs: The Podcast! Jane and I discuss our adventure to Bali and how it almost didn't happen. From drinking for social anxiety to my fear of flying, we talk about it all. Jane Ballard is a licensed clinical social worker and perinatal mental health certified Clinician practicing in Dallas, Texas. She is passionate about working with women across the lifespan, especially those experiencing infertility, pregnancy loss, perinatal mood, and anxiety disorders and perimenopause/menopause. Jane began her alcohol free journey in 2022 after an unexpected flash of clarity. She hasn’t looked back and has been surprised to find a new community of friends, freedom from lifelong social anxiety and deeper joy in everyday life.
