Episode 4: What is Your Relationship With Fear?

Hello, Friend! This week, in episode 4 of my new podcast: Leadership Becomes Her: Simple, Strategic Solutions for Christian Women Who Lead I pose the question: What is Your Relationship With Fear? We all have fear in our lives and fear actually has a purpose. In fact, fear is designed to be your friend until you make it your boss. In this episode, we take a look at what activates fear, and I suggest some simple questions you can ask yourself as you decide if you should listen to fear because it is trying to keep you safe, or not listen to fear because it is trying to keep you stuck. I encourage you to google scriptures that have to do with fear. There are a ton of them! I chose Isiah 41:10 for this episode. After listening to this episode, my challenge to you is to examine an area in which you have a lot of fear. Ask yourself a series of questions as suggested in this episode to see if fear is something you should pay attention to or not. I also challenge you to find an area in which you can step outside of your comfort zone. That is where all of the learning and growing takes place. It is where all of the MAGIC happens!!!
