Episode 4 - You Are What You Consume When It Comes To What Influences You?

from You Are What You Consume Podcast · host Goddess Asha Mariama

In this episode, I’m gonna be discussing how what you choose to acknowledge and consume when it comes to the people who influence you, whether it be in your real life outside of social media, or on social media. There are a lot of people that are trying to tell people how to live their lives, but at the same time , hurting people in the end. There are a lot of people that think they’re helping people going on social media and telling them how to go about losing weight, how to go about keeping a relationship, how to go about being a wife and a husband and a parent, so much more. their problem is people don’t understand that not. Everybody is the same when it comes to the situations they’re dealing with. There are some people that are dealing with weight loss for multiple different reasons not just because they eat or being lazy. So this is all about the difference between people that really want to help people not only deal with the things they’re dealing with, and achieving their goals, but also helping them to maintain those goals so they won’t have to worry about these things happening again. And if they do, they know how to go about dealing with these situations based on the things they’ve learned. There are millions of people that are unaliving themselves because of what other people think about themselves. so as a certified recovery life coach, I learned how to help people based upon what they individually are going through. I don’t put people in the same categories as far as how to go about helping them. Because each person may be going through the same thing, but may have a different reason why they’re going through what they’re going through. So today, I wanna talk about the difference between people who really are generally trying to help people, and the ones who are scamming and people.Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/you-are-what-you-consume-podcast--5314327/support.
