She explains that when we do something new, our minds instantly look for all of the reasons as to why our goals are "out of our ability" but once we push past that and keep showing up anyway, it doesn't take long for those doubts to subside and our confidence to shine through! We JUST have to get past that initial negative self talk - and P.S. EVERYONE has it. - So go do something you currently think you "don't have the ability" to do! You'll see!
