About Tamara Edwards: Tamara has been considered a soulful voice in the wellness community for over a decade. She was introduced to meditation early in life by her father, a medical doctor and Ayurvedic practitioner who learned Transcendental Meditation from Maharishi in the 1970s. Life events led her to a deeper practice in 2010, which resulted in an extended pilgrimage to India. Tamara, alongside her career as a fashion model and indie film producer,  founded  the BE Society, a global meditation organization with active branches in NYC, LA, London, SF, and Paris, which led to her creation of the BeHive, a 7,000 square foot healing sanctuary in the heart of Hollywood. She oversaw BeHive for 4 years, hosting hundreds of holistic events, until 2018. During the 3 years at the height of the pandemic, Tamara lived off-grid in the jungle of Costa Rica serving as the wellness director and creating sustainable solutions for a luxury eco-lodge and 3,000-acre regenerative farm. Also during this time, under the guidance of mentors, developed her healing modalities and worked with a versatile International client base. Now Tamara is co-founding a new product-based company to inspire meditation (more on that soon) while also curating transformational experiences, producing, and sharing regenerative practices such as Easy Breathwork™, meditation, creating holistic lifestyle training programs, and speaking and consulting with socially conscious companies and individuals. When she is not sharing her practice, Tamara is immersed in her own practice, spending time in nature, surfing, traveling, and helping efforts related to protecting and regenerating the environment.   Learn more at tamaraedwards.com
