Episode 40: The NES Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Trilogy

This week, we're going back to the beginnings of everyone's favorite heroes in a half shell with the NES TMNT trilogy! Deucy and I were playing the more recent Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Splintered Fate and we figured it was a perfect time to talk about the earlier games. We start in 1989 when the turtles were at their most popular and Konami (under Ultra Games) released the first game that was notorious for many reasons. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles II: The Arcade Game was a far better game and one of the best arcade conversions of the time. Deucy and I get into the development of the games and our memories of TMNT III: The Manhattan Project.
